About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electronics & Photo Associate to join our team at OSL Retail Services Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our Electronics and Photo Lab departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding the right electronic and photo solutions and merchandise.
  • Provide product demonstrations, comparisons, and sales support to customers.
  • Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in achieving sales goals and targets by providing excellent customer service and sales support.
  • Operate photographic processing machines in the photo lab and assist customers with placing orders.
  • Lead by example and foster an environment that encourages teamwork and professionalism.
Requirements
  • 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Experience within the electronics sector is considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of the latest technology products and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and service while achieving operational standards and success.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer service orientation, sense of urgency, detail-oriented, problem solver.
