About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service staff, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure that they meet the high standards of our brand.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, working closely with our procurement team to ensure that we have the necessary resources to deliver our menu items.
  • Hire, train, and develop our food service staff, providing opportunities for growth and development within the company.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates, analyzing sales data and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, using this data to inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
