Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of the operation of a portfolio of multi-unit properties
  • Overseeing staff to ensure properties are well maintained and ensuring all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Working with staff to ensure vacant apartments are leased and rent ready for prospective tenants
  • Assisting in the development of budgets and completing financial reporting
  • Providing support to and supervising staff associated with the portfolio including conducting annual performance reviews
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a property manager of multiple residential and/or commercial buildings
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a rapidly growing organization
  • Familiarity with mechanical building systems and building envelopes
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
