We are currently seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities in the Ottawa/Montreal area. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success. They must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English, possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in the use of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Additionally, they should have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be technically proficient with relevant software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date on market and industry trends
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus plan
- Comprehensive benefits package including dental and extended health care, life insurance, and paid time off
- Standard Monday to Friday work schedule
