Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing general accounting duties, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly business review reports and audit requests.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems, including Oracle and Hyperion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
