Service Advisor Job Opportunity at Tesla - Québec
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Tesla - Québec. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone requests and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our services and products
- Prepare repair and service estimates and communicate with customers regarding costs and timelines
- Make appointments and schedule services for customers
- Open and close work orders and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed
- Collaborate with our service team to ensure that all services are completed to the highest standard
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role
