We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Quebec. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Manage customer relationships and follow up on repair and service requests
- Prepare and present repair and service estimates to customers
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and work orders
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
