**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Early Intervention Specialist to provide essential services to families with young deaf and hard of hearing children.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with speech language pathologists, teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing, a listening and spoken language specialist, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working collaboratively with parents and community professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide comprehensive services to families with young deaf and hard of hearing children.
  • Work in partnership with parents and other professionals to create personalized plans for each child.
  • Conduct home visits, assessments, and regular check-ins to ensure seamless support.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with young deaf and hard of hearing children or similar populations.
  • A valid BC driver's license.
