We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Meat Lovers Dining Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality service
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and ensure quality control
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in the food service industry
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
