Job Summary

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to guests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our hospitality team, ensuring that every guest interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Greets guests by name and provides personalized service
    • Informs guests of daily specials and promotions
    • Explains beverage preparation methods and makes recommendations
    • Takes orders and serves guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Beverage Preparation
    • Prepares and serves a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
    • Ensures that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Inventory Management
    • Counts and manages cash float at the end of each shift
    • Re-stocks and maintains inventory levels of beverages and supplies
  • Team Collaboration
    • Liaises with other departments, including food service and management
    • Supports and assists colleagues as needed to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1+ year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
    • POS experience and knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Knowledge of beverage preparation methods and ingredients
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Work Environment

This position requires working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with regular exposure to noise, odors, and non-traditional work hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional service to guests in a variety of settings.
