Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Worker to join our hospitality team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure a smooth service operation.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
