Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Manager to join our team at Vertex.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer service and a strong understanding of leadership principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and advising the customer service team, managing customer accounts, and ensuring follow-ups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently process customer requests
  • Enter and update data
  • Perform various administrative office tasks

Requirements:

Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite Office

Leadership

Organization

Attention to detail

Bilingualism (English and French)

Working Conditions:

Daytime, permanent, full-time position

Benefits

Schedule from Monday to Friday. No evenings or weekends.

Salary $55,000 and up based on experience
