About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Polson Place in Vernon, BC. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation to residents and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and functional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to residents and their caregivers
