Concept Physiotherapy is a locally owned and operated business that has been revolutionizing the way people rehabilitate for over 20 years in the Okanagan region. With locations in Vernon and Lumby, BC, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional one-on-one attention to our clients.

**Our Team**

We have a high word of mouth referral rate and a loyal client base. Our team of professionals work together to help our clients achieve their goals. In addition to physiotherapy, we offer registered massage therapy, kinesiology, acupuncture/dry needling, and clinical Pilates. We are proud to be the only AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill in BC.

**What We Offer**

We offer a range of benefits to our physiotherapists, including:

  • Signing and retention bonuses
  • Multiple assessments per week to build your caseload quickly
  • Regular support in building and maintaining your caseload, working with a senior therapist weekly to address your specific needs
  • Yearly education allowance
  • Paid subscription to clinician education site Embodia
  • No administrative tasks - we manage all reception, appointments, invoicing, and billing for you
  • 45-minute assessment times, 30 or 45-minute follow-up treatment sessions
  • 1-on-1 treatments with you and your patients
  • Clinical mentorship program to upgrade or learn new manual therapy skills, caseload building and management, etc.

**Mentorship**

We believe in mentorship and provide regular support to our physiotherapists, including:

  • Regular meetings with a dedicated clinical mentor
  • Practice new and advanced techniques to build and sharpen your skills
  • Help to build a full caseload and maintain it
  • Monthly team in-services with our physios, massage therapists, and kinesiologists
