About the Role:

At Pattern, we're looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This is a key position that requires effective leadership, inventory control, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Direct and train warehouse employees to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate effectively with employees on goals, opportunities, and key focus areas
  • Assist with hiring, disciplinary measures, and termination of warehouse employees
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
  • Handle product receiving, organizing, labeling, packaging, and shipping
  • Monitor inventory levels and prepare shipments
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment
  • Comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks
  • Manage opening and closing of the warehouse and associated responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Willing to take and follow directions
  • Good manual and physical dexterity
  • Organized, hardworking, dependable, and punctual

Working Conditions:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Able to stoop, bend, and reach
  • Manual Dexterity: Typing or otherwise working primarily with hands or fingers in an office environment
  • Sedentary work: Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including computers, papers, and other general office equipment
  • Seeing: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
  • Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word in activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately
  • Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, by phone or in person
