Salary: $29.83/hour, as of April 1, 2024.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Caregiver Coordinator to join our team at Acropolis Manor, a long-term care facility located in Prince Rupert. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive environment for our seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

As a Caregiver Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Activity Program Director in developing and implementing a balanced program of activities that cater to the needs of our residents. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure that all aspects of care are met, including activation, life skills, recreational, and social needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Grade 12 education
- Successful completion of a recognized recreational program, plus two years of recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Physical ability to carry out duties of position
- Ability to organize work
- Ability to operate related equipment
- Ability to deal with others effectively
- Ability to teach
