We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Security Supervisor to join our team at QSM Services Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling and reviewing their work.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
The Security Supervisor will work in various locations, including offices, warehouses, and other facilities.
Working ConditionsThe Security Supervisor will be required to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
Personal Suitability- Organized.
- Reliable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English.
Hours of Work30 to 40 hours per week.
