Account Receivable Clerk

Harris Computer Systems is seeking a skilled Account Receivable (AR) professional to join our team in providing exceptional accounts receivable support for our division.
As an AR clerk, you will work closely with our AR staff to deliver high-quality support, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and payments.
We are looking for a resourceful and inquisitive individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively communicate with Business Units on problem accounts
- Collaborate with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues
- Provide timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
- Prepare information required for month-end, quarter-end, and financial audit
- Reconcile billable travel revenue account with the expense account monthly
- Reconcile other accounts as needed/required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience an asset
- Post-secondary education with relevant degree/diploma
- Experience with Great Plains an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy
