About the Role

Harris Computer Systems is seeking a highly skilled Account Receivable (AR) clerk to join our team in providing exceptional accounts receivable support for our division.

As an AR clerk, you will work closely with fellow AR staff to ensure seamless communication with business units, resolve customer billing issues, and provide timely responses to customer and employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively communicate with business units on problem accounts
  • Collaborate with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues
  • Provide timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
  • Prepare information required for month-end, quarter-end, and financial audit
  • Prepare monthly invoicing reports
  • Reconcile billable travel revenue account with the expense account monthly
  • Reconcile other accounts as needed/required
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Post-secondary education with relevant degree/diploma
  • Experience with Great Plains an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
