Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Supervisory Officers responsible for the leadership and management of families of schools and system-level instructional portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the corporate and instructional areas of the board to achieve the system strategic plan.
  • Develop and implement effective instructional programs and services that meet the needs of our diverse student population.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parishes, trustees, and other education partners.
  • Ensure that all instructional programs and services are aligned with the Catholic faith and values.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications as a Supervisory Officer in the Province of Ontario.
  • Religious Education Specialist Certificate.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
