Associate Director of Education

The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Education to lead the instructional services team. As a key member of the Executive Council, you will be responsible for the leadership, management, and coordination of instructional programs and services across 151 schools.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Supervisory Officers responsible for the leadership and management of families of schools and system-level instructional portfolios.
- Collaborate with the corporate and instructional areas of the board to achieve the system strategic plan.
- Develop and implement effective instructional programs and services that meet the needs of students and staff.
- Build partnerships with parishes, trustees, Ministry of Education, and other education partners to support the Catholic education system.
- Ensure the Catholic nature of our schools is emphasized, student achievement is prioritized, and accountability is secured.
- Progressive leadership experience in education, with a strong track record of collaboration and communication.
- Exemplary record of commitment to the Catholic faith and to Catholic Education.
- Religious Education Specialist Certificate.
- Documentary proof of qualifications, including Supervisory Officer qualifications.
