Job Description

BIRD LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Transport Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials across international routes.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our drivers to ensure timely delivery of cargo and coordinate logistics to meet customer demands.
  • In this role, you will also oversee the loading and unloading of goods, obtain necessary permits, and inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • As a Logistics Transport Coordinator, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and drivers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid AZ class license and Air Brakes Endorsement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using GPS navigation equipment and other technology to track shipments.
  • Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
