Job Title: Production Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Helper to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Production Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Material Handling: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials efficiently and safely.
  • Packaging and Quality Control: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and handling heavy loads.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
