Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of food safety and handling skills to prevent contamination and ensure the quality of our products.
  • Material Transportation: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials safely and efficiently.
  • Packaging and Quality Control: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Machinery Operation: Feed and unload processing machines, and clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Language: English is the primary language required for this position.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week, with a temporary work term.
