Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at GN Education INC.
Job Summary:The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and implement plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve productivity.
- Supervise and Train Team Members: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Manage Equipment and Resources: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of equipment, and manage resources effectively to minimize waste and optimize usage.
- Coordinate Activities: Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
