Job Overview


We are currently seeking a skilled Concrete Construction Worker to join our team at Strescon Limited. As a member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for setting up forms for specific jobs, working with your crew to ensure timely and efficient completion.



Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain forms for various construction projects
  • Rake and finish different types of concrete as required
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and other embeds in freshly poured concrete
  • Remove product from forms, clean the work area, and reset up forms for the day
  • Assist in loading product to storage yards, which may involve setting up dunnage, rigging lifting hooks, etc.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation, as public transportation is not available
  • Able to speak and comprehend basic English
  • Familiarity with basic tools and their uses
  • Able to understand and apply basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
  • Familiarity with basic measurements and reading a tape measure
  • Willing to follow company safety and quality programs
  • Good attendance and a positive attitude
  • Able to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment


Salary and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position starts at $19.89.
