Woodworking Craftsman

We are a leading company in the home construction industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Woodworking Craftsman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of home construction projects.

• Lead and manage teams of construction workers on site
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
• Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments

• 1-2 years of experience in construction or woodworking
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and physical stamina required for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting

• A competitive salary of $55,000-$70,000 per year
