Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our seasonal store. The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and be able to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining excellent Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff to meet performance expectations and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior retail management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job require the ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
