Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Estimator to join our team at PCL Construction. As an Intermediate Estimator, you will play a key role in the development of construction estimates for our clients. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure estimates meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction estimating.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction cost estimating.
  • Knowledge of the turnaround and maintenance industry and on-site experience or exposure to pressure vessel fabrication.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
