**The Opportunity**
:We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and coach our growing Veterinarians and clinical staff. We are passionate and committed to nurturing new talents and this position is critical to enable the performance of our team. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our day-to-day operations of our clinical practices within the GTA Region.
- Manage the deployment of our people and resources, including budgets, facilities, and inventory;
- Develop strategic business plans to help shape our future;
- Lead change initiatives and develop and implement clinic performance improvement plans;
- Lead the training and professional development and recruitment for our veterinary teams and staff;
- Develop, maintain, and promote adherence to hospital policies and protocols;
- Track, monitor, and evaluate overall key hospital performance metrics;
- Manage the scheduling of doctors and staff;
- Manage inventory to ensure appropriate stocking and pricing.

You are an essential part of the clinical leadership team and an advocate for the patient, employee, and customer experience every day. You take initiative and have a reputation for getting things done. You go the extra mile to deliver your promise:
- You will lead with empathy and true heart leadership.
- You possess a university degree in a relevant field (management, medicine, science, etc.).
- You have previous experience in a managerial role with a team of at least 10 to 20 people.
- Previous experience in veterinary medicine or a healthcare field (dental, human medicine) is an asset.
- You have previous experience managing multiple locations within the service industry.
- You are willing to regularly commute to different locations.
- Veterinarians seeking to transition from medicine to management are strongly encouraged to apply.
