We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Services Manager to join our team at Dufferin Aggregates - A CRH Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving sales performance, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Oversee customer service to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate marketing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and performance objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy and annual budget process.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in business or economics with 10+ years of experience in the aggregates industry.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a cross-functional team and/or sales organization within a matrix-driven environment.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and communicate metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Experience operating in and influencing at a strategic level.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable with superb communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
