Job Summary:

Lush North America is seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team in creating a unique and inclusive customer experience. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, building brand awareness, and developing a diverse and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Experience:
    • Collaborate with your team to exceed daily sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Educate customers and staff on our brand values and ethical practices.
    • Develop and execute business plans to align with the American business strategy.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Coach and develop your team through development plans and constructive feedback.
    • Maintain a diverse team and create an inclusive environment.
    • Create action plans to improve staff engagement.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
    • Manage ordering and inventory effectively.
    • Create and execute merchandising plans.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent listening, communication, analytical, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
  • Ability to develop and train staff through positive coaching.
