We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Care Coordinator to support the growth and development of our new clinic in Steinbach, MB. This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong administration, customer service, and marketing skills.
About the Role:
In the first 30 days, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will familiarize you with HearUSA's policies, procedures, and operational practices. This training will be a blend of in-person and virtual learning.
In the next 60 days, you will focus on developing brand awareness and building relationships with local community partners, supported by our dedicated marketing team.
Once the clinic is open, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, matching client needs with our products and services, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre.

Requirements:
- Completion of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant post-secondary education as a strong asset
- An energetic and self-driven individual with a passion for business development and community partnerships/marketing
- Experience in customer service, administration, and sales
- Experience in event planning, lead generation, and business development a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
