Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Days InnTerrace. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Provide general information about points of interest in the area
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- Clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls
- Provide customer service
This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, reliability, and efficient interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work 35-40 hours per week and have a strong command of the English language.
