About the Role
CarePartners is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the North Bay and Sturgeon Falls Areas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our exciting growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional assessment and treatment of patients in the community and in their homes.
- Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Work with patients to set and achieve time-specific, measurable goals and outcomes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Community Support Workers in the field.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care teams and contribute to a supportive and dedicated work environment.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Proven computer skills and ability to work with scheduling systems.
- Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- French language skills are an asset.
