Occupational Therapist

CarePartners is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the North Bay and Sturgeon Falls Areas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our therapy/rehabilitation program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional assessment and treatment of patients in the community and in their homes
- Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Coordinate, supervise, and coach Community Support Workers in the field
- Work independently and as an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team
- Provide active guidance for workplace Health and Safety
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook
- Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- French language skills are an asset
