Nursing Home RN Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in our contracted long-term care facilities or private residences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and document individualized care for patients from admission to discharge.
  • Utilize physicians' orders and professional skills to meet patients' personal, physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Successful completion of the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN).
  • Obtain ACLS & American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire.

We offer a 2-year work authorization with options to renew indefinitely. Our team handles all immigration, credentialing, and certification for every nurse. If your education for RN was in a non-English speaking country, you may need an English course such as PTE or IELTS. You must have your NCLEX.
