Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at Scout Talent Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
