Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at Scout Talent Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction personnel, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
