About the Role

The Sales Senior Account Manager will be responsible for achieving customer business plans and other key objectives across various performance indicators. This includes net trade sales, point of sales, brand and customer share growth, trade investment management, and customer profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver against business plan KPI targets for assigned accounts, categories, and brands.
  • Develop joint value business plans with customers that reflect strategies and objectives for assigned brand and categories.
  • Manage and negotiate key agreements with customer partners including promotion and merchandising planning, new product listing, pricing actions, revenue growth management, distribution, and customer trade investment management.
  • Utilize analytics and insights to drive sales growth, improve and increase trade investment return on investment, improve profitability, identify category development opportunities, and improve and accelerate on-shelf availability.
  • Manage assigned customer trade investment.
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate monthly sales and trade investment customer forecasts and the latest estimates.
  • Manage day-to-day operation of the business including managing customer requests, deduction management, ad-hoc requests, and communication with customer and internal partners.
