Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at NEXTREME CONSULTANCY INC.

Job Summary:

The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment and hiring process, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
