Shawarma Royale is a fast-paced food service company seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a supervisory role and possess excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 staff members, coordinating meal preparation, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Work Planning and Coordination
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules: Develop efficient workflows to ensure seamless meal preparation and delivery.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies: Source high-quality ingredients and equipment to maintain our standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage: Accurately track inventory levels and identify areas for cost reduction.
Customer Service
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns: Provide prompt and courteous resolution to customer inquiries.
Supervision
  • Supervise 5-10 people: Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
Work Environment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment: Thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment with multiple priorities.
