About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy and driving digital transformation across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions, including architecture, development, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption and integration into the company's technology stack
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in technology architecture and strategy
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of business process and performance modeling, benchmarking, and financial analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
