Job Title: Operations and Business Analytics Specialist

At Applied Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Business Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing business data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a business information and intelligence role
  • Strong business acumen and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Perseverance in achieving goals and ability to meet deadlines
  • Independent and collaborative work capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Healthcare and/or Logistics
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM software, and financial management tools
  • Proficiency in SQL programming, Python Programming, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Ability to present and explain complex concepts or calculations to management
  • Self-starter who is motivated to learn new skills and tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong, collaborative, and professional relationship-building skills
  • French language proficiency is preferred but not required
