Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Window Installation Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of windows and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule installation activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of installation technicians to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all installations meet our high standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that they are available when needed.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for each project to ensure that we are meeting our budget targets.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Staffing: Recruit and hire new staff members as needed to support the growth of our operations team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Organized, reliable, team player, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
