Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of windows and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of windows, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruit and train new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
