Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
