Risk Management and Security Specialist

Alteo Inc. is seeking a seasoned Risk Management and Security Specialist to lead our IT security and compliance efforts.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our information security strategy, operational risk management, and compliance framework. Your expertise will ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data, while also promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Information Security Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks that could impact our business operations and reputation.
- Compliance Framework: Establish and maintain a compliance framework that ensures adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Security Awareness and Training: Promote a culture of security awareness and provide training to employees on security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement an incident response plan to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT security, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience in the electronic payment industry is an asset.
- Certifications such as ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT, CEH, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
