Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Freelance Sales Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder - Brand in Belleville, ON. As a Freelance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet and exceed customer service and sales targets.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with the retail team to ensure a high standard of visual merchandising and store operations.
  • Use exceptional people skills to educate, inspire, and delight customers, ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Ability to work with retail point-of-sale software and provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly range of $16.85 to $28.30, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget.

  • Eligibility to participate in highly competitive incentive compensation programs, under the plan guidelines in effect at the time of hire.
