Job Description

Service advisors play an integral role in building relationships with our customers. They are responsible for walking customers through the entire repair process, keeping them informed of their vehicle status using digital inspection software, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon departure from our store.

Responsibilities
  • Greet every customer with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Follow the sales process and consistently sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
  • Communicate in person and on the phone in a clear, professional manner.
  • Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing customer service activities.
  • Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License.
